Here's how it works: when an existing customer (the referee) refers a friend or family member (the referred) to Eclipse Games, both parties will receive a delightful $5 credit to spend.

Terms & Conditions

Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions:

  1. Eligibility:

    • The Eclipse Games Puzzles Novelties Loyalty Program ("Program") is open to all customers who create an account on the Eclipse Games website.

  2. Earning Points:

    • Customers will earn 10 loyalty points for every $100 spent on eligible purchases.
    • 10 bonus points will be awarded upon successful account creation.

  3. Point Redemption:

    • Customers can redeem 100 loyalty points for a $10 discount on their next order. Minimum spend $20
    • Eclipse Games reserves the right to modify the point redemption at its discretion
    • Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.

  4. Additional Points:

    • Bonus points can be earned through Eclipse Games gamified system
    • Eclipse Games reserves the right to introduce additional point-earning activities at its discretion.
    • Eclipse Games reserves the right to remove any existing point-earning activities at its discretion

  5. Points Expiry:

    • Loyalty points will expire 12 months from the date of earning if not redeemed.

  6. Abuse of Program:

    • Eclipse Games reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and points for any customer found abusing or attempting to manipulate the Loyalty Program.

  7. Modification or Termination:

    • Eclipse Games reserves the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without notice.

  8. General Terms:

    • Participation in the Loyalty Program implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
    • Eclipse Games may modify these terms at its discretion.

Referral Program Terms and Conditions:

    • The Eclipse Games Puzzles Novelties Referral Program ("Program") is open to all customers with an active Eclipse Games account.

  2. Referral Link:

    • Referees will receive a unique referral link to share with friends.
    • Referred friends must use the referral link during their first purchase for the referee and referred to receive the $5 voucher.

  3. Credit Issuance:

    • A $5 redeemable voucher will be issued to both the referee and referred upon successful completion of the referred friend's first order.

  4. Credit Redemption:

    • Credits are non-transferable and can only be redeemed on future purchases on the Eclipse Games website.

  5. Abuse of Program:

    • Eclipse Games reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and credits for any customer found abusing or attempting to manipulate the Referral Program.
